Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) was a famous American actor. Elson began her career as an actress as a young child and as model. She is best known for her role as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction television series. Andrea was picked to portray Lynn Tanner in the popular series ALF beginning in 1986. She worked on many popular TV shows and also Movies of the Weekly for several more seasons before she resigned from the world of entertainment to focus on her family. Andrea Elson's character, Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was a difficult one for her. The media reported in 2000 Elson's struggles to develop as a woman before the audience of sitcoms. Elson, who was green eyed New York City native grew as a traveler because of the job in advertising that her father was employed in. By the time she was 10 Andrea was already a traveler traveling to New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea had her first successful performance in San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco agreed with the notion by saying, "ALF can drink beer since he's older than 285." As ALF gained more popularity with children NBC informed Fusco it was not appropriate to have him drinking the kids who are watching because it's not a great character model. Fusco maintained that he believed ALF was an adult, and could handle the drinking. The year 1995 was the year he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his cancer was in remission up until 2019. It was in Englewood New York, at Lillian Booth Actors Home on the 26th June, 2019, the 75-year-old actor was diagnosed with cancer and passed away.
