Sheryl is an American actor, comedian and TV presenter and best-known for her hosting of the popular daytime chat show The Talk. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas was raised among Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a turbulent family. Sheryl was raised by her sibling Frankie. Frankie had suffered with Polio. While growing up, Sheryl had many problems with her mother. Sheryl says that at the past, her mother would stab her father due to him getting too close to her. When she graduated from college Sheryl joined the military. But her passion was comedy. She was the sole female who made it to the 1989 contest Miller Lite Comedy Search. She began her TV work in 1992 by being a regular actor on HBO's comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She appeared as host of Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. She is currently a guest co-host for the talk talk show from the year 2011. Also, she appears in fictional roles on series such Bulworth Nikki, Bulworth or Beauty Shop.
